AYT Residence (New-Cairo, Egypt)

The project is a residential townhouse at Deyar Park 2 compound (New-Cairo) with total area of 262 msq. This townhouse reveals the interior aspects and vision of the design introduced as a modern example for residential spaces. This design introduces classical elements which reflect the elegance of this design direction, which clearly appears in refined detailing and color selection. Materials utilization works in perfect synchronization with the design’s direction.
